Assist Hook Vertical Trolling Deeper: Versatile Rig for Cephalopods

Specifically designed to pair with the Vertical Trolling Deeper, this assist hook is the ideal solution for effectively rigging cephalopods, both for vertical trolling and traditional live bait trolling.

The assist hook is 30 cm long and made from 0.8 mm Kevlar (160 LB), an exceptionally abrasion-resistant material. This feature makes it particularly effective against predator bites and underwater obstacles, ensuring increased durability and reliability.

The rig includes three BKK hooks: one 4/0 trailing hook and two 6/0 striking hooks. This configuration optimizes hook-up chances, increasing success rates even with wary fish.

An innovative swivel is integrated into the assist hook for quick and secure connection to the mainline fluorocarbon. The length of the assist can be easily adjusted by wrapping the Kevlar around the trailing hook, allowing perfect adaptation to any bait size, from squid to cuttlefish.
