Right of withdrawal

a. within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products, you will need to fill in and return form within your account or, alternatively, you will be able to send another explicit statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract also by registered letter to Dimension SRL Via Ammiraglio Cagni 34 - 72100 BRINDISI;
b. products must not be used, worn, washed or damaged
c. the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal
d. the products must be returned in their original packaging (in the case of audio CDs, books, design objects, designer toys and big games, the packaging must be sealed as originally; if you want to make a kit, you must return all the articles that make it);
e. the returned products must be delivered to the chosen courier within fourteen (14) days from when you have communicated to the Seller your decision to withdraw from the contract
f. products should not be damaged.

If you have complied with all the conditions required, Size Fishing within the meaning of Article 56 of the Consumer Code will fully refund the price of the products purchased, remaining at your expense solely the costs of the return, that is to say those for the return to Size Fishing of the products purchased, unless Size Fishing has expressly exempt you from such expenses at the time of purchase and to the additional condition that you use the shipper indicated in the Return Form

You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions in letters a), e) and f) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose to get back the products purchased at your expense. In case you refuse this shipment Size Fishing reserves the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products.
You will also be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions in letters b), c) and d) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you will be able to choose whether to accept the decurtation of the refund, which will be communicated to you, due to the decrease in value of the returned products, i.e. to have the products purchased at your expense. In case you refuse this shipment Size Fishing reserves the right to retain the products and the amount indicated for the penalty of the refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.


II. Time and refund mode

In accordance with article 56, third paragraph of the Consumer Code, only after Size Fishing has received your return and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of acceptance of the return and Size Fishing will proceed to the full refund, or, if there is a decrease in value of the returned products, you will receive an e-mail in which you will be notified the amount deducted as a refund of the refund. Whatever payment method you use (credit/debit card, cash payment at delivery), the refund is activated by the Fishing Size in the shortest possible time, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you came to know the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once verified that the withdrawal occurred in compliance with the above conditions.

The actual time for the re-accreditation or return of the sums paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
- purchase by credit/debit card: the time necessary to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. Please note that the date of the credit is the same as the charge;
- purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made on your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund on the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
- cash payment at delivery: the refund takes place on the current account indicated by you, so the refund time depends on the correctness of the data you enter and the credit institution where you turned the account on.
In the event of a gift, the refund of the sums will be made against those who made the payment.


III. Conditions for product change

In some specific cases, duly reported in the Reso Form, as an alternative to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, you will have the opportunity to change the products purchased with others, instead of getting the refund of the relative price.

The exchange request will be made within the limits set out below:
a. only those products purchased for which this possibility will be expressly provided in the Reso Form;
b. you can request the change of one or more products purchased only with products of the same model, having different size and/or color. In any case, the options available for the change will be indicated in the Return Form;
c. you will be able to request the change of one or more products purchased within and beyond fourteen (14) working days from the date of their delivery, by filling out the Return Form, to be sent electronically to the Fishing Size within the said period. The products to be changed must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days that you have been giving the Seller your decision to change the products.

d. you can make only one exchange request for each product purchased
e. the products for which you request the change will have to be returned to Size Fishing in their original packaging, not used, nor worn, washed or damaged, and the identification tag will have to be attached with the disposable seal;
f. the products to change belonging to one order must be sent to Size Fishing in one shipment. Fishing Size, in fact, reserves the right not to accept products of the same order, shipped for change at different times.

If all the conditions mentioned above are correctly respected, once you fill out and send the Return Form containing your exchange request, Size Fishing will take into account the same request for replacement by sending you a confirmation email to this end.

IV. Time and mode to get change

After that Size Fishing will have received the products you intend to change and checked that all the requirements on exposed have been met, Size Fishing will verify the actual availability at its warehouses of the products in the size and/or color you have selected.

In the event that the product or products selected for the exchange are not available at its warehouses, Size Fishing will not be able to accept your request for exchange and will therefore refund you the price of the product or products originally purchased and not replaceable, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and in accordance with the arrangements provided for in Section I and II of this statement.

In case the product or products selected for the change are available, Size Fishing will be able to accept your exchange request and will then send you an email confirming the shipment of replacement products. The shipment will take place in this case within thirty (30) days from the date on which the Fishing Size will be informed of your exchange request, once verified that the same occurred in compliance with the conditions set out in Section III of this statement. The shipping costs of replacement products will be borne by Size Fishing, which will choose its carrier.

Where the price of the purchased product is lower or higher than the price of the selected product for the change, you will not be recognized any refund and/or aggravation for the difference.

You will be contacted if your exchange request cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions in Section III of this notice. In this case, you can choose to have the products you wanted to change at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, Size Fishing reserves the right to retain the products and by using one of the above assumptions in Section I of this statement, you may also retain the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products themselves, or the amount indicated for the deduction of the refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.

The product or replacement products may be the subject of subsequent return pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code and as provided for in the preceding Sections I and II.

V.Consumer Code

These Terms and Conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, being an integral part of the General Conditions of Sale, are governed by Italian law and in particular by the Consumer Code, Chapter I° “Consumer rights in contracts”.
