The new Caldia retains the features that have made it famous over the years and takes them to the next level: exceptional lightness, excellent build quality, and, not least, a sleek and elegant style. The body remains a ZAION V monocoque, but all the technological innovations introduced by the AIRDRIVE DESIGN concept have been implemented. First introduced in the flagship 22EXIST and gradually adopted across other series, the Caldia is now enhanced in its rotor, spool, bail, and line roller.

The drag system has also evolved: the ATD-L is ultra-smooth when absorbing the initial impact of a fish strike, then progressively stiffens to control strong runs effectively. The 5000 versions, a completely new size for this series, feature a drag system designed for power—an ATD Tough drag with carbon discs, providing superior resistance when battling large fish.

AIRDRIVE ROTOR

The new Airdrive rotor, made from ZAION V, features a more symmetrical and balanced design, engineered to minimize weight and rotational inertia.

AIRDRIVE BAIL

A next-generation solid bail arm—super lightweight and ultra-durable. Its unique shape, combined with the new Twist Buster 3 line roller, ensures exceptional smoothness and significantly reduces the risk of line tangling.

AIRDRIVE SPOOL

A newly designed, lightweight spool that enhances line flow while minimizing tangles during retrieval, thanks to its redesigned lower lip profile.
