The EVO 170 is a latest generation telescopic surf casting rod, designed and studied in our laboratories with the collaboration of Stefano Simi, Italian long casting champion and beach fishing expert. Thanks to the use of very sophisticated carbon materials and the exclusive fiber compaction system, we have created a robust, powerful and well-balanced structure; We understand that the first impression may be misleading due to the small diameter of the stock and the thin tip, but we can assure you that the performance of this model exceeds expectations. Thanks to the full carbon tip that is perfectly tuned to the power structure, we were able to obtain a constant performance from 120 to 170 gr. without equal; even throws that are not exasperated or in any case not perfect carry the lead at a great distance; easy handling and considerable control possibilities for precision shots. Excellent hold in fishing which, compared to other rods, is better, this "digs" less with the same lead and allows you to keep lead lighter and therefore thinner line with the advantages you can imagine. The EVO-170 is available in 3 sizes and although similar we recommend: the mt. 4.40 suitable for everyone, very versatile, excellent for fishing; the 4.10 m slightly stiffer and more stable, and the 4.70 m for using very long calming. All are made up of 6 elements, to reduce the number of sliding doors and to position the rings where they are really needed. The rings are in SIC and the reel seat is of the tapered anatomical type.
