The CROSSCAST 45 SCW QD LD is a mid-range Carp reel equipped with a spool featuring a 45 mm profile length. In this Long Distance (LD) version, it comes with a high-capacity spool capable of holding a larger amount of line (530 m for 0.35 mm lines) to meet the needs of anglers who need to reach distant fishing spots. The 45 mm spool also enhances casting distance, and for greater fishing precision, it is equipped with a shock-absorbing “High Impact” line clip.

This Crosscast version also features the SCW spooling system: a true technological gem developed by Daiwa engineers. The Slow Cross Wrap (SCW) slow oscillation spooling system optimizes line lay, positively impacting casting performance.
