The latest generation of the EXCELER LT reel has been radically renewed: the structure has been redesigned to improve both performance and reliability. Both the body and rotor are still built in the exclusive Daiwa carbon composite, the ZAION V, but completely redesigned to offer even more lightness, smoothness and resistance.

The rotor is now of the AIRDRIVE type: thanks to a reduction in the weight of the rotating masses and the aerodynamic design of spherical inspiration, the new Exceler allows for superior feeling and sensitivity during recovery, thanks to the reduction of inertia.

The new AIRDRIVE solid bail has a shape designed to avoid the formation of tangles even when the line has low tension. It is also lighter but at the same time more resistant than the old generation.

The new ATD-L clutch makes recovery even safer: the greater progressivity reduces the risk of unhooking and helps to better manage thin lines.
