Ultegra XTD SPOD is the new big pit spod reel created for carp fishing enthusiasts. It was designed on the basis of the very successful Ultegra XTD 14000 reel, it has the same characteristics but has been perfected for spodding. These are the main differences between the standard Ultegra XTD model and the Ultegra SPOD XTD. - Spool: less line capacity, more suitable for spodding. - Gear performance: 5.2: 1 instead of 4.3 :, therefore more efficiency in recovery. - Wire recovered per turn of the crank: 124 cm instead of 103 cm.
