Concept and Design
The main factors that characterize the model are two: the type of joint and the fan-shaped blade. The design decision to reduce the jointed part only to the rear third of the hull has a double purpose: to create a much more natural and not "serpentine" swim like the typical swim bait and to minimize friction with the air during the swimming phase. throwing in this way overcoming the characteristic flaw of the articulated joints which consists in having a normally reduced range. The fan-shaped headstock, which characterizes the buginu series, probably gives its best in the bìu series (in the Sardinian language it means “alive”) as it guarantees a tight and extremely natural movement with a very low roll component. The headstock in this model has been deliberately undersized to further accentuate the naturalness of swimming and to allow the widest customization. Although the type of lure is mainly aimed at sea bass, the Buginu 105 biu can also be used with great success in fresh water. The shape of the headstock has been filed as a "patent P".
Slow retrive: Light wobbling
Regular retrive: Wobbling & light rolling
Fast retrive: Wide wobbling & rolling
Recovery "jerk" (Jerking): To stimulate the aggression of the fish, it is recommended to give strong accelerations with the rod in sequence
single or multiple, so as to force the lure to make large skids. Interval the jerks with pauses and / or a variable recovery
